What a great idea for a knit a long ;) I love toe up patterns and am technically not a first time toe up knitter (in fact, the first socks I ever knit however many years ago were toe up) But Rebecca said it was okay for me to join in - grin.
Even though not a newbie to toe ups, I am also no expert and am always on the search for improvements to my sock knitting, especially at the toes and heels and bind offs. There is always something to learn, don't you think? So I thought it would be fun to join in and knit along and learn along the way. I am especially hoping that we might knit along together on the Widdershins (sp?) pattern from knitty that Rebecca mentioned.
Thank you for allowing me to join in =) You can see more of my knitting at my farm blog Serenity Farms.

Welcome, Cary!
I am planning on starting the Widdershins tomorrow. Jane(Oz Knitter) is the one who told me about Widdershins and so I believe, if I'm not mistaken, that she is also going to be knitting them.
