A Second Sock

Ive started a second Toe Up and loving it,Ive got the hang of the toe bit and now looking at different patterns to try,though I still love the mindless plain knitting...

Hi all My name is Therese and I'm from Lawndale,Calif. i have been knitting for a while now ... say like 3 or 4 years full force .. and i just love knitting i have knitted many socks on dpn, and learned how to do socks on 2 circular needles .. i love that method the most .. and now i have learned how to do the Toe up .. man i just love this .. mind you this is my first one .. but i love it .. i am knitting the Monkey sock from knitty.com , this sock is so beautiful .. i learned how to do the turkish cast on .. from it was easy ... here is my progress so far

I finally got it!!! About three months ago my son talked me into a DVR. So now I record knitty gritty everyday. Well Cookie was on with up toe up socks I recorded it and now I get it. This is my second toe up but the beginning of many more pairs.

Finally! My first toe-up

I have been a member of this blog for a long time, but the few times I tried a toe-up sock I got discouraged or found the instructions to be too difficult. Here is my first attempt: Falling Leaves from Knitty.
